Pilates is a wonderful form of exercise for pregnant women where expecting moms can stay strong and fit throughout their pregnancy. The work can help women stay connected to their changing bodies, improve posture and reduce pregnancy aches and pains. Exercises are modified for the three trimesters of pregnancy and individual needs.
