At Aspire we understand and respect individuality and unique circumstances. Our mission is to encourage and inspire you as you gain a new sense of body/ mind awareness and control, increased strength and flexibility, improved posture, focus and energy.
For that reason, we create exercise programs based on the individual needs of our clients that are optimized to help them reach their personal goals.
BABY STEPS FIRST
When beginning an exercise program, we emphasize the importance of building a solid foundation of good technique, enabling our clients to realize fast results while simultaneously preventing injury. We believe in starting slowly and steady, making sure that your body is strong, flexible and truly prepared to tackle traditional Pilates exercises. By focusing the first few classes on “Pre-Pilates” exercises, we help our clients lay a solid foundation of alignment, core strength and awareness.
WITH A SOLID FOUNDATION, THE SKY IS THE LIMIT.
Once the basics are in place and a solid foundation has been constructed, the sky is the limit for your growth and progress. We also pride ourselves in providing students with an understanding of their bodies that will serve them for a lifetime, both inside and outside of the studio. We watch with pride as our students undergo this transformation and become more successful and empowered in their bodies.
